We had dinner with a friend and the fish and chips were excellent, nice batter on the fish with a variety of species. The chips were thicker than normal and very nice.

First time here and had the smashed avo, feta, spinach on toast with something crispy on top- sensational. Chai latte was pretty good as well. Service quick and friendly.

.The service was very friendly and not pushy The meal could not be faulted we started with cheesy mustard bread (slices of Turkish bread with cheese and mustard butter) and a cob loaf which was unbelievably tasty.My wife decided on the stuffed chicken breast and I had the 300g Rib fillet with salad and chips.My mouth still waters at the thought of it sitting on my plate.it was a melt in the mouth experience.

Canteen corner is a family owned take away store that is based inside one of the industrial estates in Bundaberg. The people are friendly and welcoming but the best part is the quality and quantity of the foods. They buy local and cook fresh! The schnitzels with Bacon Mushroom Sauce is Awesome!

We had a road trip from Gold Coast, stop by Bundaberg for one night. We ordered a tum yum soup and chicken fried rice. The flavor is perfect. If you like Thai food you must try this one.

While I understand that a lot of youngsters are employed in the "Fast Food" restaurants, I'm over the bored, less than enthusiastic staff hiring practices. On our way to attend an event, we stopped in Hungry Jacks to order a quick meal.Wrong!Quick does not exist at these places. Walk through the door and there had to be 3 patrons just standing, looking at the counter hoping for service. When the young guy decided to face the counter, it was clear he wanted to be anywhere but here. Hubs needed to use the bathroom. OMG! Don't even GO THERE! Tables and floors dirty. bins full to overflowing and he tracked someone down to ask them to fix the bathroom. Enthusiastic? Uhhh no.We finally got to the counter after 3 customers returned because their order was wrong.The first in our party had ordered onion rings, but hello, they have none. Except they only worked that out as #4 in our party of 5 went to order. (Abbott & Costello eat your heart out. Bundaberg Hungry Jacks beat you hands down!!)Food service? Think wet concrete sets quicker!Honestly, guys either speed up and hire real staff or shut your doors. Look at the reviews -> they're pretty damned miserable because this place is a joke.
