I just don't understand why any restaurant would want to give customers food that is inedible! At some point the person cooking it knows it's over-cooked. The person putting into the container looks at and see's it over cooked. And you try them again in hope it improves but it doesn't. Strongly suggest you avoid Tong Kee on Bamford Lane. Average Chinese not overly great but still enjoyable and reasonably priced. Really like honey chicken
