What an amazing dining experience. Had the privilege of sitting at the chefs table and was able to witness the theatre and artistry of the 5 beautiful courses being created.OMG, flavour, my taste buds are still dancing. Combinations of food put together that can only be described as mastery. Cleverly matched with local wines making this dining experience a must for any visitor or local to Mudgee.Thanks chef Kip for your wit, skill and persona.. a night to remember that has set the bar high in degustation dining. Our second visit to the Blue Wren Chefs Kitchen and yet again we were delivered far, far more than expected. This is not a restaurant for the faint hearted when it comes to challenging yourself around food and flavour - if you are after traditional food then go somewhere else!! We had the pleasure of sitting at the Chefs table so we could watch the food preparation and chat with Kip and his team while we drank some perfectly matched wines with the beautifully put together meal creations!Thanks to Kip, Karen and Jules for making our night good fun, interesting and another food experience not too forget...
