If you want a memorable night then go to the fine dining restaurant at the Sea Horse in Boyd Town. Only 5 kilometres from the heart of Eden. Steeped in history this building was build by William Boyd in the 1800's. The opportunity to eat either at the bistro for general meals & drinks while looking out over Twofold Bay or go up several levels & experience there Fine Dining Restaurant. A wide range of menu will suit almost anyone plus an extensive range of wines. Service has always been excellent apart from 1 visit when our waiter just wasn't on the ball but don't get put off by my comment. All my visitors to Eden I take here to enjoy the atmosphere of this old building and now with a make-over some years back it's always an enjoyable occasion to re-visit. It's a must while in Eden.
The food was good here though a little bland. I was disappointed in the amount of noise in the restaurant (about 15 screaming children - all wanting to be heard at once) which did not have us stay for desserts so try and avoid visiting when there is a function being held.
