I was looking forward to trying this Singaporean "fast" chain but was quite disappointed with the amount of time I had to wait for a chicken burger and 4 pieces of chicken. Waited for 40 minutes ! It wasn't that busy at all and almost the entire restaurant was waiting for their food! The best seller "black bun" chicken burger wasn't good. The bread was very thick and it came out cold and dry. Not pleasant to eat. I really enjoyed the chicken wing pack. The crumb/texture and flavour were great and the chicken cooked perfectly. Unfortunately not worth the 40 minute wait.

Went for lunch at new foodcourt at Chermside today with my husband and we decided to try their chicken wings. We ordered 1 rice box wings and 3 pieces of drumsticks. The place was quite packed and we noticed people were waiting for their meals, we also found ourselves waiting for more than 30 minutes for our meals. We were so hungry we couldnt wait any longer, so I approached the pick up window to asked for my food and almost cancel and asked for refund. But one of the guy checked my order and it wasn't even there and he asked other staff to quickly prepare our meals. And even worst, they gave us 1 drumstick 2 chicken wings instead of 3 drumstick that we ordered. Additionally after a 30 minute wait the food was cold. We will not be going back to this place again... the worst service I ever had in my life..!!

shocking. stay away. terrible is a word that it summarizes. we reach the hotel and restaurant is next to the lobby. No one there. we waited and saw if someone showed up, then we rang on the makeshift bar a bell and someone rocks up. we sit down and she brings the menu. We asked for a few things and she had no idea and had to keep the check. it was not hard, just like what this thing is on the menu etc. she said it was a new menu and she had no warning. the whole restaurant was empty, the least she could have learned the menu. <br we ordered garlic bread and suppe. a sirloin and steak ordered. you said she was supposed to bring suppe and brot as appetizers. we got the broth and how min later she asked where the suppe is and she said, I thought you wanted it with the pornstar. then after a past (long) the steaks came in and both looked the same. I asked and they said that we both didn't order both, but still we were as if we had just let it be. steak tasted terrible, had no soak on it and they had not even slept. was just a salty piece of meat that was disgusting.<br>/ the whole restaurant was empty (now we know why), not even a person there and it took us over an hour last night on a Sunday to get all this organized. the manager and her associate had no idea what they did. it was terrible and shocking. the bill was checked and calculated for a beer they did not have. had to ring again to get someone's attention to the bill. <br br>/ there are much more beautiful places in brisbane, do not waste their money on this restaurant. so much potential due to the situation, but what a shocker and what a disappointment.<br br/>Never I will ever visit again.

we chose Arancini & Bruschetta as entrees and we both had Linguine Sabina as mains, the food was fabulous, the staff friendly and obliging however we had the misfortune of being there when a large group of locals arrived on foot with all their children under 10yo on bicycles. The children were loud, chatty, screaming and ill mannered running through the length of the restaurant, down the side of the restaurant on their bikes etc with their ignorant parents oblivious to the safety & discomfort of other patrons. It truly makes us embarrassed to be Aussies! If I ran a place like this I would not hesitate to put up a sign "for the safety & comfort of other patrons please control your children". When we were young we did not control the environment - our parents did!
