The only saving grace for our visit here was the staff behind the bar, she was really friendly but the rest of the evening was dire. We came on the bingo night and ordered food, a group of around 12 of us ordered and only around 4 actually enjoyed their meals.My chicken parmi was luke warm at best and most of the chips burnt.My partner ordered a burger and again was luke warm and tasted strange. One of our friends ordered the nachos which had barely any meat with it and no flavour.Two others ordered the chicken schnitzel which again had zero flavour.Others had problems with temperature and flavour of the meal.Definitely won't be coming again but others seem to have had a good experience.

I've actually been here a dozen times or so over the years and have never left a review. I firstly came for dinner with my parents. It was busy, Food was fast, well priced and tasty - same applies to my second dinner dining experience. I have also grabbed a really quick lunch here between clients - the wraps are excellent - well priced, fresh and filling and always out within 10 minutes and i can eat and get back to work. Hubby was away recently and our 2 younger children at sleepovers so last minute i decided to take my two eldest kids on a "date night" We arrived and it was very quiet, which was unusual i thought. (Friday Night)We placed our orders, staff were lovely and helpful with queries on ingredients etc. Food was served in good time, generous portions, especially the schnitzel. Will definitely be returning again and again. Thanks Metro.

takeaway with same owners for about forty years. Cheap and good selection. Beer battered chips have been served for all that time

Had a meal at the tavern. Meals were delicious, even though we did have to wait an hour, but the staff did let us know of the wait.

Pizza

The place is clean and tidy. You are greeted with happy faces and can do attitudes of the staff. Since being taken over in August the atmosphere has lightened considerably..kudos to the new owners. The portions are generous and the burgers are to die for. If you can eat it all, I highly recommend the burger which has it all, both mince (real) pattie and steak on the biggest roll ever. Going there all the time!

New China Dragon Restaurant

I came here for the all you can eat Buffett. Price is comparable to most other places $19 but the selection is better than the other one I have visited in Bundaberg. Also the place is very busy for take away help yourself. Go and try this place for yourself. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Has been a favourite until January this year when the quality seemed to slip in both the pizza and pasta dishes. Even the GF pizza was light on with ingredients. Have since returned as a group and we were once again disappointed with the our food choices.
