Negative experience!I went there with my partner as they were having a"buy one get one free deal " to like them on facebook.We both liked them separately on our separate facebook accounts.We made our orders separately and paid for our own burrito.Terms and conditions state "Limit of One Burrito per transaction”.But then the young man said, " I know that you are husband and wife!”as if we did not qualify for the deal,we have separate income and separate facebook accounts, we have separate bank accounts... wait a minute, who's business to know this anyway!!why would everyone else get this deal except people with partners?!Then he goes “ I know you do this all the time”We don’t do this all the time, We've never met him before.ARE YOU SAYING THAT "buy one get one free deal " to like them on facebook. THIS ONLY APPLIES FOR NON COUPLES???Is it Okay for Boyfriend and Girlfriend???Where is the line and Where does it state this?I recommended that you state this clause clearly under the terms & conditions to remove further confusion."Limit of One Burrito per transaction *** Not valid for couples, wife & husband, boyfriend & girlfriend even if purchasing separately from own accounts. ”Have a look other negative reviews and how they responded.full of sarcasm and passive agressive, no will to acknowledge the problems,as a business very poor form.CHIDOS, you used to be good & friendly, now you suck…. we will be MADMEX loyalty from now on. I am a huge Guzman Y Gomez fan and thought that Chidos was not going to satisfy my cravings. I ordered the spicy chicken nachos with sour cream (which was extra), i was surprised at how tasty and how big the portion size was. I would definitely recommend Chidos to anyone who enjoys good Mexican food. I will defiantly be back when im in the area!
