Picturesque location well suited to weddings. Meals were tasty. Entree pork belly was well cooked and flavoursome, main beef was also nicely done. Only criticism relates to the meals the kids were served... surely you could do better than chicken and fries... Why not try something green for the under 10's?
How do you rate perfection! Waddingtons does not have a equal in my experience. The location in the middle of a beef farming property creates a wonderful ambience. The host is friendly but not over-familiar and the food is to die for. Uses very fresh produce sourced from the farm or surrounding areas. Meals are constructed beautifully. Progressive and innovative bug not faddish. A subtle middle eastern influence. Good local wines without the massive mark ups familiar in metro restaurants. Cannot beat this restaurant.
