We ordered miso and spicy miso ramen with gyoza. Great bouncy noodle texture! One of them we ordered with black ink, does very little, if not nothing, to the flavour but I prefer the original as the black one came out a little more soggy. Broth was pretty good as well, but not a mindblowing flavour explosion. Chashu was buttery and melted in my mouth, shame that you only get ONE slice. That said, it is a pretty massive portion for the price. Service was fast and standard.
I’ve kinda been obsessed with Raman recently. Maybe because it is winter and it is cold out but maybe because it just tastes good. Plus, it helps that there is a Raman place on every corner in Perth, not that I’m complaining because I love it!!!. You know if a place is popular by the number of people lining up outside and the number of non-anglo Australians there.
